This agreement is between you (the “User” or “you”) and Watermark+ (“Watermark+ App”, or “we”). We provide Users with access to our app that enables users to create and manage the watermark. These services may be provided through personalized or generalized designs, interaction services or content By inputting any details, initiating a design process, or using any other content within our Site you confirm your obligation to comply with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any other guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, you cannot use the Services. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the content of this agreement.
Our Designs
a. App Purpose – Watermark+ provides a tool that assists to create and manage various design assets. Users can use our service to create and customize their own logo/watermark and other branded items products.
- Paid Designs –In order to use our premium features, you must pay the Fee stated on the Site.
- Unpaid Designs-Throughout the process of design, Watermark+ may show the User different designs and/or design concepts, you can use or copy any of the free designs. This final design will be shown and available for download. Throughout the process, you will also make use of certain symbols, colors, fonts and other design elements.
- Third-Party Design Resources – You may use purchased End Products outside of the Site, whether for commercial or personal purposes. Prior to creating and using any End Product, we highly recommend you perform due diligence to determine that the use of the Design Resources is free of any adverse claims and is not subject to any third-party rights.
Free & Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscriptions”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring. If you choose the free service, the app may deliver third-party advertisements with the content. If you choose the subscription service, then the app will not deliver any advertisements within the content.
Premium Feature： Batch watermarking photo, Watermark Video, add full-screen watermark, and remove ads.
Two paid plans for you to choose from：
1.USD $3.99 every month
2.USD $21.99 for Lifetime VIP.
Subscription terms: Payment will be charged through the iTunes Account when the purchase is confirmed, and the subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in iTunes account settings after purchase.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace their Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Please do check back frequently. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitations if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of the liability.
Applicable Laws
The provisions of the Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Hong Kong, China, without any regard to the conflict of laws.
